Hello, I have a question.

For example I have played call of duty 2 offline (and on my gamer tag it says last play online never). Can I use your software so that I can modify that? Like just add the date and then go on live and the profile will update?

how can you sell this to people. There isnt even a stable build. I would like my money back. Test your software before releasing it.

Knowing that we are still in beta stages purchasing our application will still have some bugs in it. Most of the bugs are related to peoples profiles. Why?? Because people have used other 3rd party apps which do not resign/rehash correctly and are harmful to your profile. Usually doing a couple profile recoveries will fix this, but sometimes a corrupted profile can not be fixed. Also researching on the forum will also resolve issues related to .NET. We do not offer refunds but if you do escalate this to a claim your key will be blacklisted along with the IP address which is stated in our TOS.

The best solution is, before concluding that it is the application which is causing a problem, it could be your own. Please post your problem in the Support sub forum.

When you bought PE, you knew you were purchasing pre-release software, there was plenty of material available to tell you this.

As Foss stated above, one of the main ways profiles won't load is when they have been modded with badly coded tools, make sure that you've tried clearing your cache and recovering your profile, as this fixes the problem in almost all cases.

I'm not sure how you could say that the current build isn't stable though, seeing as we currently have over 300 customers who haven't complained to us, and continue to enjoy PE to this day.

If the method above still doesn't work, open a thread in the support forum including your log file and the exception details. (if an exception was thrown)

My XBL profile has over 70MB. Will it work with your software?

I read on the web that different versions (1.5 and 2.0) have some problems opening and saving the modifications.

yes but you have to me aware that using tools outside our community could have caused your profile to be corrupted. Our tool will open any size profile perfectly if that profile has not been tampered with. The new build is almost complete and I would advise buying before the price goes back to its normal state. Right now would be a good time to purchase.
